Our Coaches
Austin Briggs
Owner & Coach
Austin, originally from South Dakota, found his way to Mississippi during a Paramedic Degree internship. There, he discovered a local CrossFit gym, reconnecting with friends from his home state and forging new, lasting friendships. With over 13 years of CrossFit experience, Austin is an L2 Certified Trainer and Certified HYROX affiliate trainer. His passion for CrossFit, sparked by his time in the Marine Corps, led him to pursue coaching and ultimately to fulfill his dream of owning a gym. In January 2021, with the support of close friends, he transformed a nearly abandoned warehouse into his own CrossFit gym in just three months.

Outside the gym, Austin enjoys spending time with his partner MaryFrances and their dogs, often seen riding his motorcycle. He is dedicated to helping others and considers his work a dream job he can't imagine living without.
